Spencer Ivy is a member of the Association of Cycle Traders and are Cytech Accredited. We will run a full 30-point safety check on your electric bicycle with a Cytech accredited mechanic prior to delivery.

The environment is precious. We choose to source our products from Europe rather than the Far East to reduce our carbon impact. Our bicycles also go through a powder coating paint process that has minimal environmental impact.

Our factory in Germany has one of the largest in-house testing facilities in Europe and tests all relevant parts of the bicycles beyond the EU standards currently in place. So you can trust that your Spencer Ivy electric bicycle has been manufactured to the highest possible standards.
